By using our site, you agree to adhere to these terms and comply with all the policies and guidelines set out here. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use our services.

Seller registration

1.1 To become a seller on Revamp Style, you must create an account on our site and complete the registration process. Registration requires accurate and up-to-date information, including name, e-mail address, payment information and details of the clothes you wish to sell.

1.2 The seller will have access to a personalised dashboard where they can register their products, provide detailed descriptions and submit them via the site for approval by Revamp Style. Once approved, the products will be published on the site.

1.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Any activity carried out on your account will be your responsibility.

1.4. By registering your clothes on our site, you agree to provide accurate information and real images of the items for sale. Any attempt to defraud, falsify or misrepresent products will be penalised in accordance with applicable law.

Conditions of Your Item

To sell your clothes with us, you need to carefully inspect the item to ensure that it is in great condition and that you are happy to sell it only with us.

  • In very good condition
  • No discolouration
  • No pilling
  • No holes
  • No sticky materials
  • No defects
  • No pulled threads
  • No stain

If there are any alterations, they need to be specified. Remember to use an iron or steamer to do justice to your clothes and increase your chances of a sale.

Photographs

The photographs should be well lit, with a clear, uncluttered background. At least one photo needs to show the item’s brand label to confirm authenticity. We also recommend sending a photo of someone wearing the item, but this is not mandatory.

The photos will be approved as soon as you send your information. Some of them will be edited by our team of experts, if approved.

Selling Fees

2.1 Revamp Style charges a 30% selling fee on the sale value of its clothes, once the buyer has received the order and confirmed satisfaction with the product.

2.2 The selling fee is automatically deducted from the sale price before we pay the seller. Payments to sellers are processed via PayPal or another payment method agreed between the parties.

2.3 Sellers have the right to set the selling price of their clothes, subject to Revamp Style’s pricing policies.

Buyers

3.1. Buyers can browse our website, choose the clothes they want and pay using the secure PayPal payment system.

3.2 Once payment has been confirmed by Revamp Style, the seller must send the parcel to the address indicated by the buyer, guaranteeing a safe and reliable process.

Responsibilities and Rights of Revamp Style

4.1. Revamp Style is committed to providing a safe and reliable environment for sellers and buyers to carry out transactions.

4.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our terms and conditions, policies or guidelines, at our discretion.

4.3 Revamp Style is not responsible for any problems or damage caused during the transport of orders, but we will do our best to help resolve any problems.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

5.1. Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that they have the right to sell the products listed on our site and that they are not infringing the copyright or intellectual property of third parties.

5.2 Revamp Style respects the copyright and intellectual property of third parties and will act promptly in relation to any allegations of infringement.

Refund Policy and Buyer Protection

6.1 Revamp Style offers a Refund and Buyer Protection Policy that applies to all purchases made using the “Buy Now” button (for a fee). The Refund Policy includes the following cases in which the buyer may request a refund:

a) If the parcel never arrives.
b) If the parcel is damaged during transport.
c) If the item received is significantly different from the description (SNAD – Significantly Not As Described).

6.2 The Refund Policy does not cover items that do not fit or do not meet the buyer’s expectations. However, the buyer can still contact the seller to discuss a return, and the decision whether or not to accept the return is the seller’s responsibility.

6.4 The buyer must report any problem within 2 days and request a refund following the instructions provided:

a) Send an e-mail to general@revampstyle.co.uk to request a refund.

6.5 If the buyer does not report the problem within 2 days, Revamp Style will finalise the order and release payment to the seller. Once the problem has been reported:

a) The order is temporarily suspended.
b) The payment is held securely by our payment service provider until a solution is found.

6.6 The process to follow after reporting a problem is detailed below:

a) If the parcel does not arrive and appears to be lost, the buyer must report the problem to Revamp Style. If the loss is confirmed, the order will be cancelled and the buyer will receive a full refund.

b) If the parcel has been damaged during transport, the buyer must report the problem to Revamp Style. If the damage is confirmed, the order will be cancelled and the buyer will receive a full refund. Revamp Style may request additional evidence within a specific timeframe, and if this evidence is not provided in time, the investigation and refund will not be carried out.
