To sell your second-hand clothes on our website, you need to register as a seller. Go to the “How to Sell” page and click on the “Start Selling” option. Fill in the required details and submit your application. Our team will review your information and if approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the next steps.
When you sell your second-hand clothes on our website, there will be a commission on the value of the sale. The percentage of commission on the sale will be 70% for the seller. We keep 30% to cover the cost of website operation.
After being notified by email of an approved sale, you will need to access your seller dashboard to download the shipping label. Pack the clothes carefully and insert the shipping code provided. Then take the parcel to a post office and send it to the address indicated. It’s as easy as that!
We are currently only accepting sellers located within the UK. In addition, we will validate the quality of the clothes you plan to sell.
Yes, you will be able to track the status of your sales through your supplier dashboard. There, you will find information about the clothes sold, the corresponding amounts and the commission applied.
In case your item or items do not meet our quality criteria, our team will contact you to explain the reasons for the refusal.
